Simone Dallas - Salon Manager - Simone has been in hairdressing since 2001 and is qualified up to level 3. She has been part of our Duloch Team since we opened the doors in July 2008. Simone enjoys all aspects of hairdressing and enjoys a challenge helping you to achieve your hair goal.

Hailey Nardone - Stylist - Hailey has worked with Innovate since 2006, completing all her training within our training programme. She is qualified up to level 3. Not only does Hailey specialise in all hairdressing techniques, she also offers spray tanning and Earpiercing in the salon too. Hailey loves to go on all training courses keeping up with all the new techniques. Hailey hopes to see you soon.

Kerry Milne - Stylist - Kerry has worked in our Duloch salon since we opened in July 2008. Before joining our Team, Kerry worked in Medusa Hairdressing in Edinburgh where she trained and qualified as a stylist. Kerry loves the continual training of new skills as the trends are always changing. Kerry is also trained in Spray Tanning and Earpiercing.

Lyn Thompson - Stylist - Lyn has been a Stylist since 1998 after completing her training in Charlie Millers in Edinburgh. Lyn has also completed her NVQ assessors award and enjoys spray tanning too. She has been with Innovate Duloch since 2008 and is a bright, bubbly person and enjoys all aspects of her job. She loves good chats with her clients and hopes to see you soon.

Lisa Hampton - Stylist - Lisa has worked with the Innovate Team since 2009, first as an apprentice and qualified as a Stylist early 2011. She enjoys working as part of a Team and meeting new clients.

Karen Heron - Stylist - Karen has been in the hairdressing industry since 2008 and is fully qualified to level 3. She joined Innovate in 2010. Karen is also trained in spray tanning and Earpiercing. Karen enjoys meeting new people and hopes to see you soon.

Lauren Melrose - Apprentice - Lauren is the newest member of our Duloch team starting in July 2011. Lauren is doing well with her training and has fitted nicely into our Team. She loves meeting people and is already popular with our clients.

Nicolle Taylor - Apprentice Hairdresser - joined Innovate in December 2010 and loves working with all the girls. Nicolle is qualified in colouring and is looking forward to completing her cutting qualification and can not wait to be become a Stylist.

Janna McNeill- Salon Manager - Janna has over 14 years experience within the hairdressing industry. Completing her training in Charlie Miller in Edinburgh and Toni & Guy in York. Janna loves all aspects of hairdressing but specialises in session styling ( fashion shows, bridal work, etc.)

Lisa Jenkins - Stylist - Lisa has over 14 years experience and has worked with Innovate since 2002. Lisa is highly skilled in all aspects of hairdressing from cutting and colouring and she enjoys hair up and bridal work. Lisa also specialises in make up.

Clare Honeyman - Stylist - Clare has over 13 years experience and has been with Innovate since 2003. Clare works in both of our salons. She is highly skilled in all aspects of hairdressing and has a passion for cutting and colouring.

Kerry-Ann mcManus - Stylist - Kerry-Ann has been part of our Team since February 2008 after joining us as an apprentice, we have taken Kerry-Ann through all her hairdressing qualifications and she has now achieved her SVQ level 3, building up a great clientele on the way. She works between both our salons and enjoys cutting more than anything else.

Michelle Morrison - Stylist - Michelle started out her hairdressing career in 1996 and has been part of the Innovate Team since March 2008. Michelle enjoys bridal, barbering, cutting and colouring and just loves a challenge.

Ashley Welch - Junior Stylist - We are proud to announce that working together with our training Team, Ashley has achieved her level 2 qualification and looks forward to welcoming you into the salon.

Michelle Clelland - Stylist - Michelle is formerly from Duo. She has been in the hairdressing industry since 1995. Michelle enjoys all aspects of hairdressing and is highly skilled in cutting, colouring, perming, hair up and specialises in Bridal Hair.

Michelle Parker. Been in hairdressing since 1991. Have worked in two other Dunfermline salons before joining Innovate in November 2000. I am self employed and work thursday, Friday and Saturday. I enjoy cutting, colouring and perming and have done various courses throughout the years I have been hairdressing.

Kim Rogers. Kim is a senior stylist who has 15 years experience in hairdressing. Kim specialises in cutting and colouring. She is self employed in Innovate working Wednesday to Saturday doing 2 late nights weekly.

Katie Shepherd. Been working in a salon enviroment for over 5 years. Enjoy all aspects of hairdressing and working as a Team.

My name is Kerry Ritchie and I work as a self employed senior stylist. I have been doing hairdressing for 14 years and have been at Innovate Hair Salon for 10 years. I specialise in cutting and colouring and I work in the salon Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Gillian Duffy - Apprentice Hairdresser - Hey, my name is Gillian and I'm an apprentice at Innovate. I have really enjoyed being part of the Team. I have learnt new skills in the salon and at training. I'm now qualified in colouring and working on my cutting skills. I am really looking forward to qualifying.

Coral Munro- Apprentice Hairdresser - Coral is the newest member of our Team. Coral is a Team player and loves meeting new clients. She can't wait to build up a regular clientele within Innovate. Coral is learning new skills daily and concentrating on her blow drying skills at the moment before moving onto colouring.
