Membership to the Innovate Loyalty Club is FREE
3 points are earned for every £1 spent on hairdressing services
3 points are earned for every £1 spent on retail products (excluding electrical equipment)
1 point is equivalent to £0.01 (i.e. 300 points = £3)
Accumulation of points applies only to actual money spent after any discount or other promotions
Points can only be redeemed after £5 has been accrued
Membership and points accumulated are not transferrable
Points not redeemed will expire after 18 months
Points are not redeemable for cash
Points are not redeemable in December
200 points will be deducted for each missed appointment
